Chair Yoga
Mary Ellen Whitley is an accomplished instructor, and we are grateful for her willingness to begin this activity at Trinity. For the month of March, all sessions are free. Beginning thereafter, there will be a cost of $10 per session. If this creates a financial difficulty for anyone, please see Fr. Nick privately. Please be sure to bring water with you (no plastic bottles please). We will have paper cups in the kitchen, and ice in our freezer. Feel free to use these if you wish to use tap water.
